We collect and process all personal information necessary to you attending the Ten Topics in Rheumatology event.

How we get the personal information and why we have it
The personal information we collect is provided to us by you when you complete the registration for the Ten Topics event.
We may share this information with organisations directly link to the Ten Topics in Rheumatology event.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information are: 
(a) Your consent to attend the Ten Topics in Rheumatology event. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting tentopics@imageevents.org.uk

Your information is securely stored.
We keep the information you have provided us for the duration, and leading up to, the event. We will then keep your information securely on file for future Ten Topics in Rheumatology events.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
